Mobility & Fascia · Free Course Inside
The missing layer most yoga never talks about, and the practice that finally reaches it.
You stretch. It feels good for an hour, maybe a morning. Then the tightness creeps back to exactly where it was, as if the stretch never happened.
If that is your experience, it was never about effort. You are not stretching wrong, and you are almost certainly not stretching too little. The problem is that stretching pulls at one tissue, and the one holding you tight is a different one.
You can lengthen a muscle in a few minutes. Teaching that change to hold is a different system entirely.
First, the part nobody explains
Wrapping every muscle, bone and organ is a continuous web of connective tissue called fascia. It is what lets you move as one connected piece. When it dries out, thickens or gets stuck, you feel tight no matter how long you hold a pose, because the pose was never reaching it.
Fascia does not respond to a long pull the way a muscle does. It answers to something else: slow, specific pressure and small, deliberate movement that rehydrates the tissue and teaches the whole web to glide again. Skip that layer, and the tightness always finds its way back.
Stretching pulls at the muscle. The tightness that won’t let go lives in the fascia.
Why a longer stretch was never the answerThe practice that reaches it
A structured course with Jill Miller, creator of Yoga Tune Up® and The Roll Model® Method, author of BODY by BREATH, and a presenter at the Fascia Research Congress. She spent three decades on exactly this layer, and she translates the science into simple practices you can feel working. By the end, you will be able to:
Region by region, feet to neck, find the spots your stretching has been skipping, so you stop chasing the wrong place.
You can’t release a layer you’ve never felt.
Soft, specific work with a ball or your own hands that rehydrates the tissue and lets it glide, the language fascia actually responds to.
Less pulling. More release that holds.
Sense, work, and re-check, so progress is something you notice in your own body, not something you take on faith.
Proof you can feel, the same day.
